In the wake of recent political violence in the U.S., TV Abraham on Tuesday asked lawmakers — Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL), and Sen. James Lankford (R-OK) — what they are doing to bring people together.
“The best thing that we can do is just actually initiate conversation with other people,” said Sen. Lankford. “We don’t all agree as Americans — that’s OK. We’ve never all agreed as Americans. But we can actually talk to each other as human beings.”
