President Trump called his new Iran agreement a “historic win” — reopening the Strait of Hormuz, extending the ceasefire, and permanently blocking Tehran’s path to a nuclear weapon. Iran, however, is claiming victory of its own. Trump then publicly rebuked Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, pushed for a softer approach toward Hezbollah, and said Syria should take the lead.
